Enhancements
Admin Panel
We deprecated Analytic tabs in the admin panel that are no longer in use/supported. Partners who wish to take advantage of our newest reports are welcome to contact their partner success manager or a support representative.
Safety
Toward the World Cup 2026 we made 2 of our models — Harm and Hate Speech — context-aware models. Sport related comments are now treated with the appropriate leniency even if the overall spot’s model tuning is strict, providing our partners with less false positives and quality engagement during these exciting events.
Introduced a new AI model called Attack on Participant. The model is filtering comments where one user is attacking another. This model works only on replies and is context-aware.
Social
Added support for displaying downvoter lists to improve community transparency.
Added configurable downvoter lists with the same experience and controls as existing liker lists.
Added support for displaying community guidelines in Forums conversations.
Added interactive star ratings, allowing users to submit ratings directly from the Conversation UI without posting a comment.
Added a star rating read API, enabling partners to build custom widgets that surface aggregated social review scores.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Social
Fixed an issue where Topic Tracker displayed multiple error notifications for a single error state.
Resolved an issue where users could submit comments longer than the 1,500-character limit.
